We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

All artwork sold is created and copyright by Antoinette Mallen Fine Art Photography.
Limited edition prints include an edition number and stamp thereof.
Sizes, materials, and print specifications are detailed on the product listing.

We accept payment online via Stripe or Cash if preferable upon collection in studio in Co.Westmeath.
Prices are listed in euros (€).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 10 days and delivered within 2 weeks for Ireland.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
At present we only deliver within Ireland but watch this space as in the future we will look into international shipping.

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Irish consumer law.
Non-refundable items include:
- Custom or commissioned art pieces.
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

We want you to absolutely love your art and for it to be in pristine condition however is an item does arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic evidence, and we will arrange to resolve as soon as possible.

Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will never share your information without consent.

All artwork, designs, and images are the intellectual property of Antoinette Mallen Fine Art Photography and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

You can fill out the form on our commission page to enquire of your interest in a commission.
Custom artwork requires a deposit of 50% to begin work.
You will be invited to the studio or to a call if preferable to discuss the commission and your preferances.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
One collaboration meeting and one revision to the work will be allowed only.
A timeline and proofing process will be agreed upon before starting the work
